By accessing or using Bassh, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be 18 or older to use Bassh. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

When you register for a Bassh account, you agree to:

- Provide your phone number and verify it via a one-time password (OTP).

- Keep your phone and OTP secure and confidential.

- Provide accurate and current information during signup.

- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You agree not to:

- Create fake or impersonating accounts.

- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform.

- Misuse venue data or attempt unauthorised commercial use.

- Interfere with normal platform operation or with other users.

- Use bots, automated tools, or unauthorised scripts to access the platform.

- Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights through your use of Bassh.

Bassh displays information about clubs, bars, and events provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of venue details, entry policies, event schedules, pricing, or cancellations.

Venues and event organisers are responsible for their own offerings. Any disputes regarding venue services should be directed to the venue or organiser.

Bassh facilitates payments for event tickets only. We do not process payments for drinks, food, or any in-venue services.

- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

- Cancellation and refund policies for tickets are set by the event organiser and shown at the time of purchase.

- Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers.

- A service fee may apply to certain ticket purchases and will be disclosed before payment.

All content, branding, design, text, graphics, software, and trademarks within Bassh are owned by Velvet Hub Private Limited or its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written consent.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users or to the platform. Upon termination, your right to access and use Bassh ceases immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- Bassh is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform.

- Velvet Hub Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Bassh.

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bassh in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of Bassh after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
